Vision Board Workshop Age 10-12

Session Description

Help your child begin the new school year with greater focus, motivation, and confidence. Starting a new grade can feel exciting, but it can also bring uncertainty about new expectations, friendships, routines, and responsibilities. This interactive vision board workshop gives children the opportunity to think intentionally about what they want from the year ahead and create a personal visual plan to help them stay focused. Through guided reflection, interactive activities, and hands-on creativity, children will identify their strengths, interests, goals, and hopes for the new school year. They will then create a personalized vision board that represents what they want to learn, experience, improve, and achieve. A vision board can help children: >clarify their goals and express what matters to them >feel more prepared and purposeful as they enter a new grade >stay focused on their priorities throughout the school year >build motivation by creating a visual reminder of their goals >use creativity and self-expression to bring their ideas to life Children will be supported through: Guided creation: Step-by-step support to design a meaningful and personalized vision board. Interactive activities: Engaging exercises that help children explore their strengths, interests, goals, and aspirations. School-year preparation: Opportunities to consider how they want to feel, learn, participate, and grow in their new grade. A supportive environment: A welcoming space where children can express themselves, share ideas, and encourage one another. Children will leave with a completed vision board, greater clarity about the year ahead, and practical first steps they can begin using right away. All vision board materials are included.
