Start Strong: Back to School Confidence Workshop. This workshop will teach your child the essential mindset skills for:

Developing strong self-esteem and confidence
Creating a vision and setting goals for a successful year
Managing change as an opportunity, even if they’re nervous
Taking responsibility for achieving their goals

This workshop is for children and teens who are:

Moving to a new grade, class or school
Nervous and unsure about new teachers or friend changes
Wanting to fit in without loosing themselves
