Hello, I'm Ranita Charania, a passionate global leader dedicated to empowering individuals through comprehensive leadership training and coaching. With over 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of impacting lives across diverse communities and cultures.
Born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, my unwavering commitment to building strong and resilient communities led me to work with organizations in Canada, East Africa, Europe, Central Asia, and South Asia. These experiences shaped my understanding of diverse leadership styles and cultural nuances, which became essential elements of my coaching and training approach.
As an accredited Life and Executive Coach, my mission is to help individuals discover their purpose, unlock their leadership potential, and confidently live impact-driven lives they truly love. Witnessing personal growth and transformation in my clients is deeply fulfilling and continues to drive my passion for coaching.
My expertise lies in leadership development, program creation, and training. Over the years, I have specialized in leadership coaching, guiding individuals and teams to achieve remarkable success. My coaching services foster essential competencies and drive transformational leadership.
My educational journey includes a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Human Resources & Strategic Management from McGill University and a Master of Education Degree in Education and Community Development from the University of Toronto. These academic pursuits have enriched my understanding of adult learning and community engagement. Through my certification in The Developmental Asset Framework, developed by the Search Insititute, I also deeply understand the 40 positive strengths and supports young people require to lead successful lives.
Beyond my coaching endeavors, community engagement remains close to my heart. I actively hold several Board Director positions with non-profit agencies and community organizations, working to make a positive impact on society.
In my personal time, I find joy in spending quality moments with my family. Baking, connecting with nature, and expressing myself through dance are some of the activities that bring me inner peace and happiness.
My journey as a leader, coach, and mentor has been transformative, both for me and the individuals I've had the privilege of guiding. The potential for growth and impact within each person is awe-inspiring, and I am committed to being a inspirational support for aspiring global leaders.
