Session Description

4 Weeks • Positive Self-Talk • Inner Strength • Confidence Made to Be Me is a warm, engaging 4-week program that helps kids notice how they talk to themselves, recognize their strengths, and build confidence from the inside out. Through stories, discussion, and hands-on activities, children learn that they do not need to be perfect to feel good about who they are. This program is especially helpful for children who: are hard on themselves; compare themselves to others; get discouraged easily; avoid trying new things; need support believing in themselves; would benefit from a confidence boost Program Outline 🔹 WEEK 1 — The Voice Inside My Head (Positive Self-Talk) Theme: The words I say to myself matter. I can make my inner voice kinder and more helpful. 🔹 WEEK 2 — Made to Be Me (Self-Worth, Uniqueness & Strengths) Theme: I do not have to be like everyone else. I can feel good about who I am and the strengths I have. 🔹 WEEK 3 — Strong on the Inside (Inner Strength & Self-Belief) Theme: Even when things feel hard, I can use my inner strength to keep going. 🔹 WEEK 4 — Brave, Bright and Confident (Confidence in Action) Theme: Confidence grows when I believe in myself, try new things, and have the courage to be me. Kids will walk away with: • More positive and encouraging self-talk • Greater awareness of their strengths and uniqueness • Stronger self-belief and inner strength • Confidence to try new things and keep going • Tools to manage self-doubt and build confidence in everyday life Program Details Ages: 6–9 Starts: Sunday May 24th Length: 4 weeks Session Duration: 9:30 a.m - 11: 30 am. (2 hours) Format: Small group, interactive, discussion-based (maximum 6 kids) Activities: Stories, role play, crafts, reflection exercises, confidence-building activities Investment: $225 until May 12, 2026.
